Rachel Rose; She is just one of thousands of young people who do not have a regular family life in the fast-paced life brought by modern life, who are in the middle of the conflict between their parents, who are deprived of their mother's love and attention at the age when they need it most, and who, therefore, experience a personality disorder during the transition to adolescence. Caught with the "Borderline" disease, which is known as a personality disorder, Rachel faces many problems because she does not accept her illness at first. She seeks happiness and peace in the wrong people, but cannot find it owing to lacking a sound decision-making mechanism to distinguish between good and bad. Acting out of fear of being alone, she is overly attached to her loved ones, and even in a possible separation or loss, she gives extreme reactions such as jealousy, eating disorders, alcohol, drugs, self-harm, and suicide attempts. Since she left her treatment unfinished, she spent the best periods of her youth with depression. It is seen that the "Borderline" personality disorder, which is observed in a significant part of the youth of America, is spreading rapidly among the youth around the world. There are thousands of copies of Rachel lost among millions of people in our daily lives. Our aim is to prevent Rachels from multiplying through this book and to help them hold on to life as healthy individuals. Filiz Sezer Aslan 1980 yılında Ankara'da doğdu. 2002 yılında Selçuk Üniversitesi İstatistik Bölümünden mezun oldu. Bir dönem Amerika’da yaşadı. Amerika'da kaldığı süre içerisinde gözlemleri ve araştırmaları sonucu ‘Borderline’ isimli ilk eserini kaleme aldı. Bu eser 2010 yılında okurla buluştu. 2014 yılında Anadolu Üniversitesi Sosyoloji Bölümünden mezun oldu. Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt Üniversitesi'nde "Aile ve Evlilik Danışmanlığı" programında lisansüstü öğrenimini tamamladı. Evli ve iki çocuk annesidir.
