Cancellation and Returns Policy
At Muhit's, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing a transparent and straightforward process for order cancellations, returns and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order provided it has not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws after receiving the goods.
Cancellation requests are reviewed and processed by our Customer Support team.
2. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable legislation.

3. Return Conditions
Returned products must:
- Be unused.
- Be in a resalable condition.
- Be returned complete with all original components.
- Include all accessories where applicable.
- Be free from damage caused after delivery.
All returned products are inspected before a refund or replacement is approved.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Used products.
- Damaged products caused after delivery.
- Books containing handwriting, markings or other damage.
- Incomplete product sets or missing accessories.
- Personalised or custom-made products.
- Sealed hygiene products that have been opened after delivery.
- Products that cannot legally be returned under applicable law.
If a returned product is no longer suitable for resale, Muhit's reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct any loss in value from the refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Where the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, Muhit's will arrange a replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
6. International Orders
Muhit's ships internationally.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect delivery address, refusal of delivery, failure to complete customs clearance or failure to collect the shipment, the following costs may be deducted from any refund where applicable:
- Original shipping charges.
- Return shipping costs.
- Customs duties.
- Import taxes and fees.
- Storage and handling charges.
Muhit's is not responsible for delays, customs procedures or additional charges imposed by customs authorities in the destination country.
7. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned products have been received and successfully inspected.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, Stripe, PayPal, iyzico or other payment service providers.
