Bu eser, Kur’ân-ı Kerîm’in benzersiz üslubu ve derin anlam örgüsü içinde yer alan edebî sanatları, klasik belâgat birikimiyle inceleyen kapsamlı bir çalışmadır. İngilizce This work is a comprehensive study examining the literary arts situated within the unique style and profound semantic structure of the Holy Qur'an through the lens of the classical rhetorical tradition. Presenting the rich material that the Qur'an has endowed to the science of rhetoric (balaghah) throughout history in a systematic classification, this study elucidates these arts comparatively, drawing upon examples from both Qur'anic verses and Contemporary Turkish literature. Demonstrating concretely that the literary arts inherent in the nature of language continue with full vitality in Contemporary Turkish texts, this work addresses the fields of al-Bayan (imagery/elucidation) and al-Badi (embellishment)—fundamental concepts of the science of rhetoric—with detailed examples. In doing so, it also provides the reader with the necessary theoretical foundation to understand Arabic rhetoric. In this respect, the book serves as a valuable reference for researchers working on Qur'anic language and rhetoric, as well as those studying the possibilities of artistic expression in Contemporary Turkish literature.
